Washington D.C.’s Largest Purpose-Built Co-Living Building Opens at The Parks at Walter Reed

Hines, Urban Atlantic and Triden Development Group, and joint venture partner Bridge Investment Group, announced today the official opening of Common Clover, the fully-furnished co-living building located at The Parks at Walter Reed, the vibrant 66-acre mixed-use community in Washington D.C.

The new community includes 21,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and features luxury amenities such as a coworking space, library, rooftop deck, large courtyard with grilling stations, a fully equipped fitness center, game room, and club lounge with a bar.
