June-July Barre3 Fitness Classes
Join the amazing instructors from Barre3 14th Street to move outside on the beautiful Great Lawn on Saturday mornings at 9 am this summer. This 60-minute efficient and effective workout combines strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water, but light handheld weights are optional (please bring your own). This class is designed for anybody of any fitness level who is eager to feel more at home in the body they have TODAY. We promise you will leave feeling stronger, happier and sweatier!

Class registrations open 14 days in advance; if you want to book your classes in advance, please email the studio at email@example.com or call/text 202-588-0428 to book. Online registration will be required, and classes will be at the reduced rate of $15 per person.
Location: The Great Lawn, The Parks at Walter Reed
Address: Map 1010 Butternut Street NW, Washington, DC 20012, and follow the sidewalk around to the grassy green space by the gazebo.
