Hines JV Unveils DC’s Largest Purpose-Built Co-Living Project

HinesUrban Atlantic and Triden Development Group, along with joint venture partner Bridge investment Group, have opened the Common Clover community in Washington, D.C. The development is a fully-furnished co-living property within The Parks at Walter Reed, a 66-acre mixed-use master-planned development.

With an address of 1155 Dalia Street NW, Common Clover offers 248 rooms across 60 suites and is the largest purpose-build co-living structure in Washington, D.C.’s history. It also represents Hines’ first U.S. co-living community. Each suite incorporates two to five private bedrooms. Features of the suites include multiple bathrooms, in-unit laundry appliances, Wi-Fi and hardwood floors. Common will serve as manager of the property.
