Yoga at The Parks

Find your zen from home with six weeks of yoga classes on the Great Lawn. Starting May 5, join the fitness instructors behind Twist & Turns Body Fitness for 45-minute sessions to elevate your namaste and melt away stress. This fitness series is appropriate for all ages, from kids to seniors, and requires no special equipment. A mat and water to drink are optimal. 

Each Tuesday evening from May 5 to June 16 at 7 pm, join us on Instagram Live @TheParksDC for these free, relaxing yoga sessions. Events will be broadcast live on Instagram, then posted the following Monday on our YouTube channel.
