Mindfulness on the Great Lawn

Join DC native Rua for a mindfulness series designed to connect you to a greater degree of self love and freedom of expression on the Great Lawn in late summer/early fall. 

The 5-week program includes a variety of mindfulness exercises that will support participants in enhancing creative self expression and compassion. It works well as a series, or participants can benefit from attending just one session.

The series will touch on the five pillars of mindfulness (the breath, body, mind, emotions, and mood) and is accessible for all ages and all sizes!

Dates: Saturdays, Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30, Oct. 7
10 am to 11 am

Bring: a blanket or yoga mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray. This is an outdoor class.
