Zumba class = Fun cardio workout to Latin + pop music

Join Melissa from One Rule Dance and turn life off for an hour while building balance, coordination, agility, and, dare we say, overall happiness. Classes start with a slower warm-up, build intensity throughout the hour, and end with a cool-down.
