Zumba Dance class = Fun cardio workout to Latin + pop music
Turn life off for an hour while building balance, coordination, agility, and, dare we say, overall happiness. Classes start with a warm-up, build intensity throughout the hour, and end with a cool-down. No dance experience or skills are needed — the choreography is meant to be repetitive and easy to follow. Cost: $10 / session.
Location: Marketplace Plaza, 7175 12th Street NW, across from Whole Foods.
Walk, bike or scoot onto the site. Ample parking is in the Whole Foods garage.
