Biweekly $10 yoga classes each Sunday and Thursday
Outdoor, in-person fitness continues this year with community yoga classes every Sunday morning and Thursday evening from May 3 to Sept 27 on the Great Lawn! The $10 classes are brought to you by Yoga Heights, a local yoga studio with multiple locations including Parkview and Takoma DC. No experience is necessary, and all are encouraged to join in for some movement, breath, and stress-relieving yoga.
Details:
Open level class, all are welcome
Bring a yoga mat or towel and water (hat and sunscreen also encouraged!)
Weather pending; inclement weather cancellations will be emails and announced no later than 1 hour before start time.
Portable toilets will be available.
Pre-registration is encouraged but not required, and payment may be made on site via Venmo or cash, depending on the instructor.
