Join Coach Kay for a Somatic Movement class Tuesday evenings this fall! In this class, she will use basic dance movements, stretching, and restorative yoga poses to release the stress and tension in the body. You’ll learn slow, gentle, relaxing self-care movements suitable for all ages, dances, and fitness levels. You will connect deeply with yourself throughout each exercise and increase your internal awareness. This class will help uncover and heal trauma in the body.

Bring your yoga mat and join the Somatic Mindfulness Movement class as we work with the nervous system to relieve pain, release muscular tension, improve posture and movement, and promote healing throughout the body. Movement can be our secret ingredient to deepening our connection with our body. This low-impact dance exercise class is rooted in somatic elements.
