To alleviate some of the stress many of us are feeling, the Shepherd Park Citizens Association is sponsoring a FREE Doggie Halloween Costume Contest at the Parks at Walter Reed. There will be prizes for each size class Small (25 pounds and under), Medium (26 – 55 pounds), and Large (over 55 pounds) plus Best in Show.
There will also be FREE treats, doggie bag carriers, and 360 degree Halloween videos of you and your bestie. All pets must be leashed, fully vaccinated, and socialized to other dogs and humans. Humans must pick up after their charges.
