Come visit DC International School’s Grab and Go Market open Food Pantry on Wednesday December 18th from 3:30 to 5:00pm.
Location: DC International School
(between Georgia Avenue and 16th Street off of 14th & Aspen)
Shelf Stable items:
Canned fruit, diced tomatoes, canned coconut milk, canned black beans, mac and cheese, dried pinto beans, cornbread mix, stuffing mix, turkey gravy, assorted seasoning/spices, snack items (cheezits, oatmeal, granola bars, apple sauce, graham crackers), shelf stable milk, canned tuna, canned vegetables, dish detergent, peanut butter, jelly, white rice, pancake mix, whole wheat penne pasta etc.
Please continue to spread the word to students, other staff, parents and any member of the community. The market is open to EVERYONE.
We do provide plastic bags but encourage you to bring your own as well.
Come to the gate at 14th and Aspen, then go to the end of the ramp underneath the 6th grade entry doors.
We will have shelf stable and snack items, in addition to fresh produce, and assorted bread items.
