Carpe Librum returns to the Parks at Walter Reed with another pop-up book sale! Shop for a cause to support Turning the Page’s literacy program and stop by the sale on March 21, 2026 from 10 am- 5pm to shop thousands of used books, CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records—all $7 or less!

Location: Marketplace Plaza at The Parks at Walter Reed, 7175 12th Street NW, near Whole Foods Market
Donate: If you have 15 or more gently used books, CDs, DVDs and/or vinyl records to donate, Turning the Page will be in the Shepherd Park/TakomaDC/Parks at Walter Reed campus and neighborhood to pick up books from your porches (or building lobbies!) on Wednesday, March 11 . Simply email books@turningthepage.org with your address and the total number of bags or boxes you’ll have, and they’ll confirm the pick-up with you.
Proceeds support Turning the Page, an education non-profit engaging D.C. public school families for student success.
