Join Mayor Muriel Bowser, DMPED, and the Parks at Walter Reed development team for a groundbreaking for Canopy Row at The Parks, the newest townhome development by NVHomes. Canopy Row will include 141 townhomes along Fern, Elder, and 12th Street NW, on the north side of The Parks at Walter Reed. The project is just steps from the Marketplace Plaza and Whole Foods Market, and a 20-minute walk from the Takoma Metro station.

Location: 7200 12th Street NW, Washington, DC 20012(at Fern Street NW) This event will take place on an asphalt surface in an active construction site; please dress accordingly.
Parking: Parking is available in the Marketplace Plaza garage near the Whole Foods Market; parking entrances to the same parking garage are on Dahlia and Elder Streets NW.
