Common Clover co-living scheme opens at The Parks, Washington D.C.

Hines announces the official opening of Washington D.C.’s largest co-living development – Common Clover – at The Parks.

Common Clover is situated within The Parks at Walter Reed; a 3.1 million-square-foot mixed-use development that has been transformed from a historic military medical campus into an innovative co-living development.

The vibrant 66-acre mixed-use community consists of 60 suites with 248 rooms – and is the largest fully furnished purpose-built co-living development, and Hines’ first in the US managed by Common.

Alongside Common Clover, The Parks at Walter Reed is home to several other residential buildings, outdoor entertainment, community events and a mix of green spaces.

In the heart of the development, Common Clover can be found near the Parks Marketplace, alongside a Whole Foods Market, Chase Bank, Jinya, Mezeh, Charmery, nail salon, and additional dining, shopping and entertainment.
