Mindfulness on the Great Lawn

Join your friends and neighbors for a 5-week program focused on mindfulness that will support participants in enhancing creative self expression and compassion. It works well as a series, or participants can benefit from attending just one session. The series will touch on the five pillars of mindfulness (the breath, body, mind, emotions, and mood) and is accessible for all ages and all sizes!
Bio: Rua is a breathwork teacher, inspirational speaker, peak performance coach, and the co-steward of experiential educational curriculum with BRT Studio. He uses ‘mindful-embodied-storytelling’ to guide his clients to experience profound states of freedom in both their professional and personal lives.

Time: 10 am to 11 am
Bring: a blanket or yoga mat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray. This is an outdoor class.
